Painter, did an unusual oil on composition board painting (90 × 121.5 cm, n.d) of an Aboriginal warrior in the bush with a stand with aspidistra, a dresser full of china and a table covered with a cloth on which stands an oriental pot. It was offered at Sotheby’s on 30 April 2002, lot 166 (est. $8,000-12,000).
