Ben McKeown is a descedant of the Wirangu language group of South Australia. He has studied at the Victorian College of Arts, University of Melbourne, Victoria. He is known as a painter but has also worked as a printer and sculptor. He has shown his works in Spain, Switzerland and the United States of America.
